Leica M2 early version with ‘button rewind’.
The camera being offered here is a very early version from 1958 (2nd year produced), and comes from the 2nd batch of production. It is a so called ‘button rewind’ with self-timer and runs extremely smooth.
This is one of the cleanest and desirable M2 models.
Camera received a CLA/Service. And is in perfect working condition. The shutterspeeds and rangefinder calibration is spot on.
It has a tiny bit of vulcanite missing on the bottom of the camera next to the mount, otherwise it is in a beautiful condition.
It comes in our own box, with a hyperion camera straps and 6 months warranty.
