General Conditions
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping costs. The costs for returning from your home to the my store are for your own account. If a shipping company is used, these costs are approximately 7.25 per package (in the Netherlands) + the option for insurance that is in line with the purchase value of the product. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product needs be returned to the store with all accessories supplied and in its original condition and packaging it came in. To exercise this right, please contact us via maarten.moerman@gmail.com . We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has been returned in good order.
As the place of delivery (for physical products) I use the address that has been given to me. After the order has been processed by me, the order will be shipped or delivered as soon as possible, but in any case within a maximum period of 30 days. Physical products are being sent by PostNL with an insurance value in line with the value of the product. See their website for delivery rates outside of The Netherlands.
Liability
Where possible I try to respond immediately and in any case within 14 days on your complaint. If I consider your complaint to be well-founded, I will try to find a reasonable solution.
If something went wrong and you suffered damage, this is ofcourse very annoying. We will try to find a solution in mutual consultation. Despite this, my liability for damage resulting from a tort, an attributable failure to comply with our agreement or otherwise, is excluded (unless otherwise stated in this article).
My liability is in any case always limited to direct damage. Indirect damage (such as reputation damage, lost profit, consequential damage, missed savings, etc.) is never for my account.
My full liability is also – always and everywhere – limited to the (last) invoice sent to you, with a maximum of EUR 1000 at all times.
I am not bound by any obligation if I do so, if hindered as a result of force majeure. Force majeure includes:
pandemic, epidemic, quarantine measures, government measures, strikes in public transport, car trouble, theft, a defective memory card or film carrier, technical failures, etc.
If a provision in these general terms and conditions appears to be invalid or voidable, the remainder of the terms and conditions will remain valid.
