Leica M6 Rangefinder 0.72 Black (first batch)

Leica M6 in user condition. The camera comes complete with original strap, and original box. The camera is definitely a user condition, with some spots, and it is missing the leather piece on the battery cover.

This is a very early version from the first batch produced (1984/1985) which we don’t come across very often, characteristics of such a early camera are:

• A Leitz logo on the front instead of the modern Leica.
• It has the metal tip on the rewind lever
• Engraving “ERNST LEITZ WETZLAR GMBH” on the top plate

It is in great mechanical shape, it has just received a service, paper work for this is included as well. A great user camera!
