The Leica M2 was produced between 1957 and 1968, and came after the Leica M3. The Leica M2 is more suitable for 35mm lenses, has it has framelines for this, and has a viewfinder magnification of 0.72 instead of the 0.91 of the Leica M3.
The camera being offered here is a lever rewind + self timer model and runs extremely smooth, and all shutter times are correct. Rangefinder is correctly aligned.
Camera received a checkup from Amsterdam Camera Repairs, and is in perfect working condition.
It has some minor user marks as can be seen on the pictures.
